Frequently asked questions
Does PSR Train grant PSRAS accreditation?
No. This platform provides training guidance and preparation only. Accreditation must be obtained through the recognised scheme and appropriate supervision.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Annual plans stop renewing; you keep access for the rest of the year you have already paid for. Refunds for annual plans are only given where required by consumer law (see our Refund Policy).
Is PSR Train suitable for qualified solicitors?
Yes, as a supplementary resource for refreshing knowledge of PACE and police station procedures. It does not replace CPD or formal training requirements.
What is the PSRAS?
The Police Station Representative Accreditation Scheme. It sets the requirements for representatives who are not solicitors to advise suspects in police detention. Accreditation is administered through the Legal Aid Agency framework; assessment components are delivered by authorised providers.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
